This can be done either during the creation of a brand new email address or at any time afterwards in case you decide that you need this feature. During the process, you are able to consider if you want a copy of the emails to be kept on the server. In this way, you will have a backup and you will steer clear of the probability to lose an email if the forwarding is to an exterior address, that's temporarily unavailable. This option can be activated and disabled at any time, and if you use email messages for essential matters, it is best to use it, since no records of the email messages are kept on the server if the option is not active. You can do this in the Emails section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to keep an eye on the email addresses that are being forwarded and where your e-mails are going to with a glance. The option can be enabled and disabled for each of the mailboxes in your account. You could also activate or deactivate a valuable option that we provide - a copy of the messages being relayed through our system can remain on the server. By doing this, you will always have a backup copy of your incoming emails and you will not have to concern yourself with loss of any information. In case you keep this option deactivated, you risk losing email messages should there be an issue with the remote mailbox.
